Explore the Depths of the Great Mystery
astrology, marine science
ufology, consciousness
deep-sea mysteries, faith
the nature of reality
Welcome to The Atlantis Dispatch, a research journal in the style of a visual diary for the modern seeker. The goal of this journal is to document credible findings in fringe areas of research such as deep-sea mysteries, consciousness, the nature of reality, astrology, biology, ufology, faith, and where - and how - they may all intersect.
Here, we contemplate theories, ask big questions, and sit with the weird and uncomfortable edges of our human perception. There is only so much that we CAN know. We accept that limitation here. Consciousness is the disclosure we’ve been waiting for. Direct experience is how we know, and even then, it has limits.
This news bulletin gathers the latest awe-inspiring wonders in science, nature, consciousness, and beyond. Progressive thinking means charting uncharted territory… Going where no man has gone before and being willing to stand alone for discovery’s sake. Let’s stand alone, together.
“What is it that always is, but never comes to be, and what is it that comes to be, but never is?”
~ Plato

Neuro-ecologists say the body repairs fastest where stimulus density collapses.

1. Old monasteries and inner courtyards. Thick stone + enclosed geometry cut auditory load by up to 80%. MRI studies show that in these spaces the brain enters "maintenance mode" - increased glymphatic clearance, faster inflammation drop.
2. Salt caves (halotherapy chambers). Not wellness BS - micro-ionized NaCl particles reduce airway resistance and drop cortisol by 22%. Hospital recovery pilots in Poland use them to accelerate post-viral healing.
3. Bee-house apiaries. The micro-vibration from thousands of wings creates 110-140 Hz resonance- the same frequency range physiotherapists use to relax smooth muscles. In Romania, cardiovascular patients recover twice as fast after sessions. the
4. Cold spring basins (not hot). Springs under 12°C trigger a repair cascade: nitric oxide release, mitochondrial upshift, immune cell redistribution. Japanese clinics use these for autoimmune disorders.
5. Ancient stone caves with narrow mouths. CO₂ is slightly elevated, oxygen stable, humidity constant - a perfect environment for respiratory recalibration. "Your lungs work 30% less," a speleologist said. "Energy goes to repair."
6. Silent deserts at night (Wadi Rum, Atacama Plateaus). Near-zero sound waves reduce amygdala firing. Soldiers with stress injuries recovered 3-4x faster after night sessions there.
7. Moss-dense old-growth forests. These emit beta-pinene + forest ions that drop blood pressure and activate NK cells. In South Korea, the effect is strong enough to shorten post-surgery recovery by 35%.
BODY REPAIR + NATURE
BODY REPAIR + NATURE
as of august 7th, 2026, the Pentagon released a fresh batch of UFO/UAP declassified files
A handful of videos, artist-rendered images, and government documents - the oldest dating all the way back to 1953. The BBC says, “Videos show a mysterious orb whizzing over a residential area in the Middle East, and footage of a black sphere hovering over the Pacific Ocean, seemingly vanishing for a moment before resurfacing. All of the images in this latest release are renderings, meaning they are artistic interpretations of first-hand descriptions of extraterrestrial encounters.
One rendering portrays a vast dark triangle in the sky, with round lights marking each corner. This image is based on a first-hand encounter by two former US military service members from the summer of 2011, the description said.”
You can view the highlight videos on the BBC websiteor browse through the full dump at the U.S. Department of War website.
Are we getting closer to the juicy stuff? Perhaps. These latest videos and artist-rendered images feel more compelling than past drops, which begs the question of slow-drip disclosure being a bit of a mind game with the general public. If they’ve held the best cards close to their chest for this many decades, due to national security reasons and private interests, then it seems to follow that whatever they release would be carefully selected to align with their agenda - whatever that is. I stand at the intersection of a low-key interest in what they choose to release and further affirmation that consciousness is the disclosure we seek.
As WE rise and expand our perceptions, perhaps even welcoming in direct experience in one form or another, then one by one, society will wake up. Needing an external source to tell us what’s true has only ever been a handicap to our empowerment and evolution, a false dependency that we were tricked into believing we needed to validate our experience as humans.
NEW DROP OF UFO FILES FROM PENTAGON
“Experiments over the past four decades have investigated whether intention affects properties of water. This question is of interest to complementary and alternative medicine research, and especially for therapies involving intention, because the adult human body consists of approximately 70% water.
This pilot study was designed to test the most plausible conventional explanation for the crystal formation claim: the presence of subjective biases. To eliminate these biases, the person taking photos of the crystals (T.K.) and the aesthetic raters of those crystals were both blind to the treatment versus control conditions. The results were consistent with the hypothesis that water treated with pleasant intentions would result in more pleasing crystal shapes.”
WATER CONSCIOUSNESS
The study below was the first rigorous examination of its kind to specifically test the hypothesis that water changes structure as a result of human intention. Veda Austin is another leader at the forefront of this research, having documented thousands of images from her self-led water crystallization research. I highly recommend her work as well, but it has not undergone the same level of double-blind studies yet - to my knowledge.
